1. Eligibility and Changes

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Food Safety, Allergies and Health Information

Recipes, nutrition estimates, and wellness information on the Site are provided for general culinary and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Please read our Medical & FDA Disclaimer. You are responsible for:

• checking every ingredient for allergens and your own dietary needs;
• following safe food handling practices, including washing produce and storing prepared drinks properly;
• consulting a qualified health professional before using herbs, spices, or functional ingredients if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition; and
• supervising children in the kitchen and when they consume any recipe.

3. Our Content and Your Permitted Use

The Site and its content, including recipes, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to The Wellness Sip and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the Site and to make the recipes for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may share our content in these ways:

• link to any page of the Site;
• share one photo with a clear credit and a link back to the original recipe page (for example, on Pinterest using the Pin buttons we provide).

You may not copy, republish, translate, or distribute full recipes, articles, or photographs, or use them commercially (including in products, courses, apps, or AI training datasets), without our prior written permission. To request permission, email [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data in bulk by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing allowed by our robots.txt;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Site, its servers, or its security features;
• upload or transmit malware or anything harmful or unlawful; or
• use the Site to send spam or misleading messages.

5. Messages, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us a message, recipe feedback, photo, or any other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Site. If we introduce comments, reviews, or other public features, we may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion, and additional rules may apply.

6. Advertising, Sponsored Content and Affiliate Links

The Site may include advertising, sponsored content, and affiliate links. How we handle them is described in our Advertising Disclosure.

7. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, Pinterest, analytics, or advertising providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellness Sip and its owners, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from following any recipe, including any allergic reaction, illness, or injury resulting from the preparation or consumption of food or drinks. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Sip and its owners and contributors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with your contact details, a description of the work, the URL of the material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond promptly.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Site and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will do so.

13. Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Wellness Sip is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
